Putting out fires

Karisa Patton was our realtor when we sold our home in Lafayette, Oregon and also our realtor when we bought our new home in West Salem, Oregon.

She was absolutely amazing and what I would call a “real go-getter”.  She was very responsive to our text or calls and was willing to do an open house

when we asked.  She followed up with individuals when we did have an open house or request from our home listing page.  

One thing that stood out to us is when we sold our home in Lafayette, we needed to replace the smoke detectors.  I ordered the wrong ones from Amazon.  Karisa

happened to have stopped by our house to pick up her house signs when she saw us in distress.  We were on our last day to vacate the house and still

had packing and cleaning to do.  She took it upon herself, happily I may add, to drive to Lowe’s and buy 8 smoke detectors that we needed and would

fit the ones we were replacing.  She was a life saver!

When we bought our home in West Salem, she worked very well with the sellers realtor.  With the help of Karisa and her knowledge we were

able to put together an offer that the sellers accepted, over many others!  

All in all, seeing Karisa in both roles as a realtor selling a home and helping buy a home, she was fantastic in both roles.  

She got us our dream home!
